I am writing to extend my deepest sympathies over the loss of your mother. As you know, I recently lost one of my best friend at new-jersey, so I have some idea what you're going through right now.

I know that some days it can feel like you won't be able to get out of bed. And sometimes that's okay. But your mother would expect you to be strong and continue on with your life, so eventually you'll have to get back to that. For now, it's okay to spend your entire day crying. I've done it. Soon, though, things will start to get a little easier. I promise.
